Hi

My setup is CUCM to CUBE to SIP trunk

When i place a call from CUCM im missing a field in my debug

The field DIVERSION is not present

When im looking at debugs form other deployment i do see that field.

What need to be done on CUCM to create that DIVERSION field in the SIP invites ?

Below Debugs without the Diversion field and 2nd debug is the other deployment that has the field.

The second debug with diversion header shows that the call from 4802317044 has been diverted to 17023100500 due to the reason 'call forward all' enabled on the phone 9948.

If the first one is again the diverted call without diversion header, then check the SIP trunk configuration and there should be a check box to include diversion header.
