CUBE SIP trunk Capacity

I'm having an issue where a CUBE/CUCM SIp trunk wont accept more than 50 calls.  The provider is configured for 100 calls and insists that they are not accidentally throttling down to 50 anywhere.  But I don't see anything in the router or CallManager that is doing this either.  Has anyone ever ran into this kind of issue?

Thanks in Advance,

J

Hi.

Check if in CUCM has been defined a location limiting the audio bandwidth.

System-->Location

In positive case, verify if that location has been added to a Device pool.

If you have a trace or a debug output go when call exceeding value of 50 is rejected, please attach here
