I have configured the CUBE->CUCM voice calls inbound and outbound.
Has anyone been able to get Video Calling working over a SIP Trunk? I am using a 8945 as the video inpoint.

Last time I checked, Skype didn't support video over their SIP trunk, just audio....

Skype Connect is audio-only and supports G.729 or G.711. If you want video you will need a third-party transcoder such as imagicle's SkyStone Video gateway.
