I am using CUBE with unity connection. somehow unity connection is not making any call to CUBE. for example when I call main number which is forwarded to mani call handler in CUX, it is playing main greeting, then I dial the extension during opening greeting, the phone doesn't ring and it goes directly to voicemail. Also when I leave a message, MWI doesn't turn on. so somehow CUX is not making call to CUBE. as far as partition and CSS, I am pretty sure they are configured correctly. where else should I check out? If you show me the troubleshooting steps, I'd be very appreciated.
