When an end user logs in to his voice mail for the first time, he listen to a tutorial to record his name and message, I'm trying to change the language of the voice tutorial but I can't find where to do it. I have already installed the locale with the language that I'm looking for.
Any idea where to change the tutorial language??

Go to the user and the first page (user basics) you have language drop down under the time zone section. You may also tweak the "language that caller hear" under Edit --> Message Settings.

Are your locale files correct for this version of CUC? CUC locate files have to match the CUC version exactly.

Yes it is Chris, only the voice tutorial language is in English, any other prompt is in Spanish.
CUC Version: 10.5.1.10000-7
Locale version: cm-locale-es_CO-10.5.1.1000-1.cop

Chris, I just notice that there are 2 locales installed, for CUCM and for CUC:
cm-locale-es_CO-10.5.1.1000-1.cop
uc-locale-es_CO-10.5.0.1-1.cop
This could be the problem, is there a way to unistall CUCM locale?
