Hi,

On the active Greeting, on the caller input option, did you select "Transfer to Alternate Contact Number"?

Please let me know

Regards

Carlo

Hello,

Please follow this document.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/9x/administration/guide/9xcucsagx/9xcucsag060.html#pgfId-1056109

Below are the steps.
Call Handler--> Edit--> Caller Input--> Click 1--> Call Action--> Select Transfer to alternate contact number then provide the extension

Make sure to check the Ignore Additional Input

My CU is older version (7) so there's no such option. Anyway, I use another call handler to transfer to ext. Thanks
