Hi All,
I have an issue with Cuci Lync 9.2.2 version on Windows 7 platform.
I use auto open video parameter.
When i make new call with video, the voice flow work great immediately but the video display window is opened only after 7 sec.
Computer contains all the parameters required by the recommendations of Cisco.
The Cuci Lync was set to control on IP phone 7970G.

I saw this note:
"if you are using McAfee anti-virus software, due to a memory issue with Presentationhost.exe, you must use McAfee 8.0 Patch 16 or later, or McAfee 8.5 Patch 5 or later."
The PCs use McAfee Anti-Virus following package:

Hi,
I checked what McAfee version users in the organization and version is 8.8
Newer versions of Cisco recommend in release note.
