We are setting up CUCIMOC and OCS using version 7.1 for UCM and CUCIMOC. Couple of Questions I have.
Do you need the Microsoft Mediation Server? CUCIMOC will be installed for all OCS users for Call Control so is the Mediation server needed?
Also for phone number normalization, most of the users do not have a DID, they have a Main Number and then you can dial their extension. So what is the best way to setup the phone numbers in OCS? +XXXX (their extension) or how would you add the Main number plus their extension in OCS?
Also if you can think of any good links that might help in setting up OCS for use with Cisco that would be very helpful.
