CUCM 10.5 BAT Import Config NULL

Hello all

I typically have a base configuration for most of my builds that I leverage the BAT IMPORT feature. I import some canned stuff mainly a pile of Partitions and CSS’s etc. I noticed in 10.5 it reject’s importing my CSS’s complaining about NULL fields in my CSV’s Basically any colum’s that have null values don’t get important’.

Does anyone know if there is a character that is friendly to CUCM BAT to use as a NULL value.

I had the same problem using version 10.5.  I am able to export the CSS' but cannot re-import them using the same file because of this error. 

I was able to find a work around by removing the trailing commas in the CSV file for the entries that don't have as many partitions.  When I re-imported the same .tar file, it didn't read the empty spaces as NULL. 

Just remove the commas for the empty fields and try it again.  Let me know if it works for you as well.
