[CUCM 10.5] Extension Mobility Wrong announcement Language

Greetings,
 
After having a refresh upgrade from CUCM 7.1 to CUCM 10.5, we are having an issue on Extension Mobility, the service is working great but for example if a user dials a wrong number The announcement "YOUR CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED" is played but in the wrong language (English instead of french), if the user logs out the symptom disappears completely and the announcement is played in the right language, and all phones who haven't EM are working fine. We verified the user locales and Network Locales under the phone itself, tested another phone, we also created and applied a Common Device Configuration with French Locale and finally verified that, under Enterprise parameters >>> Localization Parameters >>> Default Network, User Locale are French. 
 
We also created a new extension mobility User/DP, and the symptom persists.

We are facing the same issue. Do you know when the fixed 10.5 version will be released?

On the download page there is still only the affected 10.5.1.10000-7 version available.
