CUCM 10 speed Dial

Hi there,

 

I just installed a new CUCM v10 in my company,

I am trying to add Speed Dials using the self care portal but unfortunately it just give me the abbreviated dial option:

Please refer to the attachement .

N.B:The entreprise speed dial option is set to true.

Does the phone have speed dial buttons added?  You should see it on the page with the line configuration options such as forward all settings.
