Are both servers in the same LAN?

Can you post the output of what the error tells you to check??

Hi Jaime,

yes both servers are in the same LAN. Error message says:

-verify network connectivity to pub and sub

-add sub´s hostname in CUCM pub

-check ntp in pub

I have checked all of these. Tests have been successful but so far I have not could finish the installation process.

I'd check the following:

1. NTP sync status on the pub node. Specifically take note of the stratum level.

2. Add forward and reverse DNS records for Pub and Sub nodes

3. Make sure you added Sub as server object (in CCMAdmin). Double check IP address or hostname (whichever applies to your design)

Hi Aman,

Thanks for your helping. I had to configure NTP on router because AD-NTP did not work to CUCM sub and UC sub.

Hi Aman,

this is output to NTP on pub:

Hi William,

I checked all of these and are ok.

Have you added the subscriber in Publisher (system ->server) before installing subscriber ?

Suresh

I actually meant screenshots of each thing it told you to verify, but the problem is indeed, the NTP, which you said you had verified.

It clearly says it's unsynchronised in the output.
