CUCM 5.1.3.4000-4 Attendant Console and Broadcast Hunting

Broadcast Hunting is not working with CUCM 5.1.3.4000-4.

Route Calls to: First Available, Circular, etc.. work's fine. But it is only when I select Broadcast Hunting, it doesn't work. I get Music on Hold.

Queueing is enabled, maximum calls can be 32 and hold time is 0.

I tested it in Lab with CUCM 6.1.2 and it work's fine, but doesn't work in production with CUCM 5.1.3.

I was wondering if it is a network that is blocking the traffic.

don't you get the notification on the AC broadcast window??

because that's the way it should work. you are queued when using broadcast and the call shows up in the AC client so someone can take the call. but you're supposed to hear the MOH while someone takes the call
