CUCM 5.1 - Problem with license file

When we tried to upload a license file in CUCM 5.1, we got the following error alert:

Error: License File MAC Address Mismatch

We requested licensing.com for a new license file (and obviously checked the mac address), but got that same error.

Does anyone know what can be the problem here?

Hi,

You'll need to contact the licensing team at licensing@cisco.com and ask them why are you getting this error. I saw once an issue where the license file had all the letters on the MAC address and capital letters not lowercase. So probably they should rehost the license again.
