Ive configured so many different things on the CUCM and the NTP which seems to be very simple just doesnt work as it should.
following the steps, it synrchonizes properly (utils ntp status) but the time on the phone offsets to -4 hours. i remove the NTP and set the system time properly then re add the NTP and the same issue.
im sure im missing something here but its kind of ebarrassing? to be having issues with this.
any assistance with a known working series of steps would be fine (can we do this from a windows machine as well as im seeing mixed comments)
