CUCM 6.0 BE Help Files

Hi

I have installed CUCM 6.0 BE and when I loggin and click help I just get a 404 error.

HTTP Status 404 - /Help/en_GB/ccm/index.html

Strangel the help for Unity Connection works fine.

Any ideas ? Do I need to install the help separately ?

Hi Pat,

Same here - new 6.0 BE install and no help files. Of course you don't have to install help files separately. Looks like a bug!

Yes, it is a bug CSCsi04922 "Http error found on help page of all asociated items". It's fixed, but not clear what interim version.

I have same errors that I get a 404 error on help at CUCM 6.0.

Did you get fixed it up?

The workaround is to replace locale url to US one.

For instance if you have en_UK in the URL replace it with en_US.
