CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13 Updates Issues

hello friends!!!

I have an issue with my CCM; when I make a update in the config of the CCM; my ip phone not receive this update; for example a "Display Change", "FAC Change". etc, etc.

I have a cluster of 2 CCM;

I checked in Cisco Unified Reporting the replication status and everything is good:

Unified CM Database Status
All servers have a good replication status.

Server Number of Replicates Created Replicate_State
393 2 - good
393 2 - good

i dont know what happening with my CCM

that sounds like a Change notification and is likely a known issue in your version

Not ethat the version you are using was released in May 2008 meaning servers has not be updated with latest releases.

A Restart of CUCM servers starting with PUB may take of the problem, but just a shot in the dark.

Let us know if that fixes the problem temporary.

If you require further analysis you may open a TAC case for RCA but take into a ccount that the version you are using is not a recommended one

we are now in 6.1.5 for 6.1.x train
