Cisco have just released CUCM 6.1(2)su1a which is released to fix, amongst other things, an issue whereby the CCM Manager & CTI Manager Services crash after 248 days.
I am currently deploying a CUCM 6.1(2) cluster so am implementing this SU as part of the build. However, the upgrade process seems to have hung. Nothing appears to be happening and hasn't done so for at least an hour or so.
Has anyone implemented the CUCM 6.1(2)su1a upgrade yet and if so how long did it take ?
