CUCM 6.1 CTI Route Point not Registering

I am running CUCM 6.1 with 2811 at remote sites in SRST.

I cannot get my CTI Route Points to register.

I have verified CSS, cue JTAPI and web user and they are successful.

Any ideas what could cause this to not register?

I have attached some screen shots of the CTI Route Point and Route Plan Report

try removing it from the JTAPI user and then adding it again.

I am not sure I understand what you are saying? How do I do this?

I am fairly new to CUCM, this is my first install/build

uunet? I worked there in '99-'03 Ann Arbor, MI office till the closure...great place!

HI,

you need to associate your route point to tjtapi user in order for it to work. Sometimes, i have found, that once i have associated the route point to the jtapi user and it still does not register, i need to un-associated it and then associate it again before it registers.

what is the process for this to be done?

also here is the ccm-manager status

RET501CUE> sh ccn status ccm-manager

JTAPI Subsystem is currently registered with Call Manager: 10.1.58.51

JTAPI Version: 6.1(0.9901) -360 Release

RET501CUE>

Found the issue:

When redoing all of this we ran the wizard in CUE and it added the JTAPI config, which is what was missing in our cli config we use.

Moral of the story...use the cisco gui...unless it is Cisco Works, then RUN!!!!!
