Thanks Rob. Cisco really needs to get its act together to match features across different appliances. If I can do it on one (CME) I should be able to do it on another (CUCM). Especially when the one you can't do it on is the more expensive solution. So from your post, I'm guessing I can't make the Intercom busy if the person is on the phone, or is that configurable?
