the time on the phones are slipping each day and have to keep resetting... Im looking for some guidance in how to configure a Public NTP on the CUCM 6.x and UC. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Assistance in synching it?
Thanks in advance..

Public NTP is reliable, easy to use and perfectly suited for the average enterprise or home user. Moreover it's free.
I use it without any issue for all my clients since 20 years.

Hi, do you have IOS/Unix based NTP server inside your network?
Normally a well planned network should have a NTP server inside the network to source all NTP packets from inside the network and that NTP server is synched with lower stratum NTP source (this might be the public NTP or synced with another NTP server or even manually set).
I never heard someone has synched the CUCM to public NTP, may be it's not a good practice.
HTH.
