CUCM 6.1 with 2821 gateway, can't hear remote people

Hi all,

I am using CUCM 6.1.2.1119-1 with a 2821 gateway in the UK. The problem is the following : remote people can hear me but I can't hear them.

I think it comes from my PVDM2-48 because I can't see any "edsp" when I do a "sh voice dsp". Any idea to make these "edsp" appear?

add this commands:

mgcp bind control source-interface FastEthernet0/1

mgcp bind media source-interface FastEthernet0/1

change the interface as it's just an example, then make sure you have the right routing coming from that ip address to your ip phones

Thank you very much for your reply, the mgcp commands saved the problem. In fact, my router has several IP addresses and it was communicating with the wrong one with the phones.
