Hi,
I had few queries.
1.Hw to add the name against the number in personal Address book
2.How to setup a call forwarding to a mobile, using web page config
3. How many lines can we keep on hold while on call
Would appreciate your help on this.

Hi Sachin,
1. Could you explain this a bit more?
2. I am assuming that you want to forward call from ccm user web page
go to ccm admin > system > Enterprise Parameters > at the "Enterprise
Parameters Configuration" page, go to section "CCMUser Parameters".
There you can select to show or not the following settings on the
CCMUser page:
Show Ring Settings
Show Call Forwarding
Show Speed Dial Settings
Show Cisco IP Phone Services Settings
Show Personal Address Book Settings
Show Message Waiting Lamp Policy Settings
Show Line Text Label Settings
Show Locale for Phone Settings
Show Locale for Web Pages Settings
Show Change Password Option
Show Change PIN Option
Show Download Plugin Option
Show Online Guide Option
3.
Max Num Calls:
You can configure up to 200 calls for a line on a device, with the limiting
factor being the total number of calls that are configured on the device. As
you configure the number of calls for one line, the calls that are available
for another line decrease.
The default specifies 4. If the phone does not allow multiple calls for each
line, the default specifies 2.
Busy Trigger:
This setting, which works in conjunction with Maximum Number of Calls and
Call Forward Busy, determines the maximum number of calls to be presented at
the line. If maximum number of calls is set for 50 and the busy trigger is
set to 40, incoming call 41 gets rejected with a busy cause (and will get
forwarded if Call Forward Busy is set). If this line is shared, all the
lines must be busy before incoming calls get rejected.
