CUCM 7.1.2 License Issue

Hi,

We've got a problem installing a license on a 7825H4. We obtained license files from licensing team via the standard procedure. Unfortunately the license files are not fully accepted. The Phone License and the Node License Feature are been authorized but the Software License Feature remains in DEMO Mode.

On the license Files there is a section "FEATURE SW_FEATURE cisco 7.0 permanent uncounted" but it is not been accepted. We are in contact with TAC and licensing team but got not a solution yet. we tried already to change it to "INCREMENT SW_FEATURE cisco 7.0 permanent uncounted" via licensing team but this doesn't solve the issue. Has anyone else the same problem?

The issue has been resolved. After long webex sessions and discussions with several TAC Engineers and with Members of the Licensing Team we come to the conclusion that the generated license was wrong. This has been corrected now.

The license should have the Format "INCREMENT SW_FEATURE" and not "FEATURE SW_FEATURE".
