CUCM 7.1.3 and VG-224 installation

I cannot seem to get my new VG-224 to register to CM.  Setting the VG-224 up as SCCP- I built the gateway in CM and configured the VG-224.  I can ping the IP address of the VG-224 but it does not register to CM.  Can post the VG-224 config if needed.

Any thoughts or direction?

If configuration is 100% correct (CM and VG224), you can try:

vg224(config)#no sccp

vg224(config)#sccp

vg224(config)#no stcapp

vg224(config)#stcapp

Thanks for getting back to me -

Turned out that I missed the stcapp command after the command stcapp ccm-group 1

stcapp ccm-group 1
stcapp  <------------missed this

So - I didn't have the VG-224 programed correctly after all.  Once I entered that the Vg-224 registered right away.
