CUCM 7.1.3 to CUCM 9.1.1

I needed to upgrade the cucm 7.1.3 o 9.1.1, i have the cisco file from cisco.com downloads.

UCSInstall_UCOS_9.1.1.10000-11.sgn.iso

Can this file is used for the upgrade or do I need the bootable file from put tool ?

I don't have access to put tool, is there any work around ?

It can be used, don't forget the refresh cop file as well as documented in upgrade guide.

Hi,

In addition to what Chris[+5]  has said, why do not you upgrade to latest available version 9.1.2.11900-12.

Also, u need to have a ESW contract and UCSS for major upgrades.
