Everytime I log into CAR i receive the following warning.
* Cluster wide parameter 'Call Diagnostics Enabled flag' is set to false. Hence no QoS information will be generated on calls. If required, please configure the same from service parameter page for Call Manager service.
I have gone into System >service parameters for all the nodes and confirm that the 'Call Diagnostics Enabled flag' is set to false. Can someone let me know if there is another location that I need to set the 'Call Diagnostics Enabled flag' to false to correct this warning?
