I have a CUCM 7.1.5 Cluster. The Publisher shows all devices on a particular subscriber as unknown/unknown. The subscriber itself is seeing the devices registered. All other subscriber server device status' are seen fine by the Pub. DB replication is showing connected and in good status. I have tried restarting the RIS collector service with no change. Has any one seen this before?
