I am running CUCM 7.1.5 and have 7960 / 7961 / 7962 Phone models and 7914 / 7915 Expansion module models deployed in the environment. Most of the times - post any changes on phones, expansion modules don't come up ever after resetting the phone remotely. We get to know only after user reaches out to us.
Is there any way to check expansion module status remotely with this CUCM version ? Also is this a bug as to why expansion module fails to come up live.

Hi Feroz,
What is the firmware version for IP phones along with Expansion modules?
For remote control of IP phones,u can visit the site.

Thanks for your reply. I will go thru provided URL. Phones are running SCCP 9.1.1 firmware... Is there no way to check expansion module status remotely on CUCM ?

What is the firmware u are using for 7914/7915 module?
Can u explain the CCM setup since u are mentioning remote management of IP phones?

Hi Feroz,
I could not find any bug related to the issue. Also ,the firmware being used for Expansion modules are latest one .What I suggest is u try upgrading the firmware for one 7962 IP phone and check?
