Hey there, just wondering if anyone can help me. I've configured Barge on a couple test phones. It seems to be working correctly...the agents ext is shared on the managers phone and when the agent is in a call the number is displayed next to the agents extension on the managers phone. The manager can press the line button and Barge, but the issue is the person the agent is talking to can hear the manager. Ideally id like for the manager and agent to only be able to hear each other and also have the option for the manager to take over the call for the agent for escalation. Any ideas? Thanks!
