CUCM 7.1 Call Pickup feature for 3rd party SIP Phones
I have a situation where i need to setup Call Pickup for some 3rd party SIP IP Phones (LG-Nortel LIP-6812D). Sice there is no way to configure the Call Pickup softkey for 3rd party SIP Phones i thought maybe there is some way that i can invoke call pickup for calls in the same Call Pick Up Group other than softkey (some kind of code dialing). I understand that call pickup is a URI request and may not be supported for Non Cisco SIP Phones but maybe i'm missing something.
I manage to pickup calls from LG-Nortel IP Phones using Cisco Phones (Call Pickup Softkey).
Every other feture works just fine (Conferencing, transfer, hold etc.)
