I have deployed CUCM 7.1 and for GSM calls I'm using QuesCom Q400 platform. Also we bought their integrated product for sending and receiving Fax-es through Q400 but I’m facing issues with receiving, it seems their design is simple to work only with dummy PBX's.
According to their white paper gateway should belong to CSS with only one partition, in my case PSTN gateway CSS has multiple partitions. If I add PSTN GW to CSS with one PT receiving faxes works fine, QuesCom is able to detect either the call is for voice or fax, but if I assign another partition to CSS it won't be able to detect voice from fax, the call goes straight to voice.
I tried to contact their support and the only answer that i got is:
"When CUCM is configured with multiple partitions, we don’t receive anything from the CUCM (no SIP Invite) on QuesCom gateway"
Has anyone deployed CUCM 7.X with QuesCom GSM Gateway?
