CUCM 7.1 with TAPS offbox

TAPS was working we had to disable auto-registration on Publisher and broke TAPS. I went to set it back up and have created a problem.

Phone shows auto registered DN 111015, I go offhook and enter 1 for English, then asks for Please enter your extension number" I input 3524675234 twice" afterwards I hear "I'm sorry your phone already has a valid configuration, please contact the system administrator" and the TAPs log file shows "Telephone number does not fall in the auto registration range set for the primary callmanager"

Trying to think what is wrong, I don't think Pub/Sub can have same auto registration range.

DN Auto-register range may be incorrect or auto-registration range out of the DN may be used.
