We are integrating a CUCM 7 to a service provider SIP trunk for basically calling out but I can not find where to place the user/pass that the carrier ask for.
Do I have to use forcibly a Gateway? or is there a guide?

There is no entry for a username/pass configuration on the CUCM and will require the use of a IPtoIP gateway or CUBE as it's commonly known as.
You would be entering your credentials under the sip-au configuration mode on the gateway.

CUCM does not support registering numbers to a SIP provider.
You may want to look into CUBE for this feature.
