Wondering if there is a way to configure one button on 7900 phones that will divert the call to another extension. I.e. CAll comes into a manager, manager doesn't want to answer it, but wants his/her assistant answer it. He wants the ability to press one button which would transfer the call to his/her assistant. From what I read Idivert will send the call to VM, I'm looking for similar behavior, but instead of VM it should go to another extension.
If there is a way to configure this or if a feature exists that can accomplish this, please let me know.
