CUCM 8.0.3 Third Party Sip Phones losing registration

Hi all,

Got a weird one here, we're running third party sip phones on cucm cluster 

System version: 8.0.3.20000-2

Randomly sip phones are losing registration if the phone is restarted it will re-register.

Phones sip timers are set to 300 seconds timeout and 60 seconds keep alive.

Sip profile is set to 3600 seconds (default keepalive) and 5 seconds for the delta timer (5 seconds before 3600 expires)

Just wondering if anyone can help with regards to what logs in RTMT would help diagnose this issue.

collect the call manager logs from RTMT

also collect the packet capture from call manager from the below command

Utils network capture file < file name>  size all count 1000000

you can collect these packet capture from RTMT as well!!

Hi,

What third party SIp phone you are using.. Some third party sip phones use the same Call-ID insted of unique Call-ID and hence issue happens.

Hi Ronak,

We're using a vax voip sip client, it has a proxy server that pushes cucm ip to phone.

Phones are registering with their digest user and password.

All phones will register just over a period of time they will start to unregister.
