CUCM 8.0 Password recovery

Hello,

I am running cucm 8.0 on an MCS server.

I have forgotten the password, but i managed to do a password reset on the CLI and it was successful,

But I can not log on to the Admin page through the GUI with the new password.

Please help.

Hi Peter,

I thought the method you used was for the OS admin (cli) and Security

password reset. And then you moved to the one I listed as the next step;

utils reset_ui_administrator_password

username: pwrecovery

password: pwreset
