CUCM 8.5 NTP Server Issue

The Issue i am having is that my CUCM Pub. cannot communicate with our NTP server due to our NTP server requires a trusted key. Is there a way to input this key in CUCM so that it can pull the appropriate time?

What are you using as your NTP source?

Best source is a Cisco network equipment such as a router.

It is using a router as it's NTP source, but it requires a trusted key be used and i do not know how to input the key in CUCM.

It is a security requirement for where I work. That is why it is frustrating to me, why for ntp.

can you use the below command to show the logs , please?.The below command can be done by SSH to your CUCM IP address.

utils network capture port 123
