Hi
Everything was ok but for unexpecting reason the moh is not working now for incoming calls (PSTN)
Another one issue is : I tried to register one phone with the publisher CUCM.then moh is not working either for internal , external, incoming calls.....we have dead air

To which server a phone registers doesn't matter, MRGLs are what define from where they get MOH.
If you have reviewed all the config and everything seems correct, try to restart IPVMS.

sho voip rtp con while on hold.
Verify that you see the call leg indicates the gateway bound IP address and the MOH server IP address.
Is the Media bound to an interface?
Are there firewalls between gateway and MOH server?
Did the wav get loaded on all TFTP servers?
