CUCM 8.5 Scheduler & Manual Backup page is Blank

Hi

I have an issue with cucm backup, when i clic to manual backup or scheduler i get a blank page (see the attached picture).

I have restarted the server => same issue.

Hi,

Did u try changing the explorer from Firefox?

Also, when u click on Start Backup , do u get any message?

Did u try to restart DRF Master /Local services?

I hav already changer the browser (Firefox, IE and chrome) gaves the same result.

Try to deleted the back up device and readding it..
