CUCM 18.104.22.16800-2, SIP Trunk, and E1 with PBX: issue with calls hanged up by CUCM phone
we have a CUCM 22.214.171.12400-2, and we have configured a SIP Trunk with a Cisco Router, which is connected to a PBX by an E1.
We have this issue: when we make a call between a CUCM phone and a PBX phone, if the CUCM phone hangs up, the call remains active on PBX phone for about 30 seconds, and so a channel on the E1 remains busy; then, the call is terminated and the channel is released.
Instead, if the PBX phone hangs up, everything is OK: the call is immediately terminated.
