Hi Wilson,

Can check status of the BAT Job by navigating to Bulk Administration -> Job Scheduler. If the status shows as "incomplete" then it looks to be defect "CSCue61604"

Wilson,

Do you get "incomplete" as status in Job Scheduler in doing the above thing?

If so, we are encountering the defect Muhammed suggested previously.

The problem was solved. In the really, the windows was changed the coma (,) for semicolon (;) when I saved the file extension .csv. After correct this I didn´t had more error.
