Cucm 8.6.2 - Change the system default ring setting (phone active)

I have been looking for a way to change the system default setting for all the DNs on all phones, from an audible alert to flash only. Users are complaining that they hear on audible beep when a call comes in for a DN while they are on a call with another DN. All of the phones are now set to System Default, and I would rather not change all of these phones (400+) manually.

Is anyone aware of where this setting can be changed globally?

From CUCM  admin> Service parameters> Callmanager>

Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)>
