CUCM 8.6 default roles/user groups for synched LDAP users

I'm trying to streamline our new user provisioning process.  I was wondering if it's possible to automatically add new synchronized LDAP users to specfiic user groups/roles in CUCM.  For instance, all our users are "Standard CCM End Users" and "Standard CTI Enabled".  We'd like to make it so that each time we add a new user (via automatic LDAP sync), we don't have to add them to these user groups.

Unfortunately that's not possible, the dirsync process just pulls the users into CUCM DB and that's all it does.

You then have to work on device/line/etc association and roles.

Thanks for the response.  I'm trying to cut down what is already an unruly process, in regards to the new user process, which is -

Setup up 7942

Setup up CIPC

Set up Device profile

Tie phones and DP to user

Add user to user groups

Change user from Default UCCX team

Change user from default UCCX workflow group

Add user to 3rd party recording platform
