CUCM 8 - Can't take second Call, Can't transfert Call, IPVMS reset

Hi, I have a big issue here I am running CUCM 8.x, after a while we saw some problem :

- if we are on call and get another call, we can't get the second call ( it hung up )

- we can't transfert or do Conference

If we restart IPVoice Media streaming App, it fix my problem.. but the issue come back a few hours ago !

Anyone ?

You need to look at your IPVMS cucm logs, to see whats going on. Maybe IPVMS is crashing.
