CUCM 8.x and RTMT: issue with "Performance Log Viewer"

Hello,

we have a CUCM 8.x; we are trying to use "Performance Log Viewer" in RTMT, by selecting "RisDC Perfmon Logs", but we receive this error:

"Perfmon Logs not available for this service and node".

What's wrong? Are we missing to configure something?
