CUCM 9.1.2 - Time of Day failed on incoming blocked CLI
We have configured ToD routing for customer to divert call to external 1300188763 AH/Weekend and it appears all working fine until customer reported when call from blocked CLI, it failed. Apart from this, ToD just work as normal.

We have configured the ToD translation pattern to use Calling Party Transform Mask but it appears that CUCM is not using calling party transform mask in translation pattern when call from blocked CLI .
I have attached ccm trace and cube-sp debug for this call. Also the sip normalization script used for sip trunk.
