CUCM 9.1 - CDR formula

Hello,

I have downloaded CDR dumps and CDR management dumps.  When I try to apply the formula  to convert date/time to a proper formate, I am getting incorrect time.

When I veiw the call from CUCM CDR I can see the correct time.  The Original Call Leg ID matches the one in the dump.  So I have located the correct call, CUCM shows 6:00 pm, which is correct.  When I apply the formula it shows 9:00 pm.  Date is correct on both.

Formula being used is; A1/86400+DATE(1970,1,1). the number given in the dump is 1399064442.

Call came in at 6:00 pm.  Cannot account for the 3 hour difference.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks,

AK

Have you considered that time is GMT?? Any offset needs to be adjusted manually when doing the conversion.

CAR does this for you in the reports.

thanks Jaime,

It was using GMT, I used the following formula and the correct time was generated;

=(E3/86400)+25569+(-3/24)
