Dear All,
I am running call manager 9.1.
Is it possible that i can see the call duration of the users.
Is there any option in the Call manager 9.1
I want to see the call duration of called and calling party.
I will be very thankful for your support.

As rightly said by Mr. Chris[+5], u can see calling /called DN, originating/destination IP address, orignitaing / terminating time, duration

Hi Malik,
you click on close of this attached screen.
Refer this link and u will find CDR search by user extension.
once u get the report page, click on View which would give detail of the call.

Hi Malik,
you are correct .
the call started at 2:23:53PM and ended at 2:26:48PM. if we subtract , that comes out to be 175 seconds.

Hi Malik,
You need to go into Cisco unified serviceability---Tools ----CDR Analysis and Reporting tool.
You would get menus. From there , u can opt for Extension /DN , add them and select Date /time range ,get the reports.
