CUCM 9.1 -- Cisco SOAP - CallRecord Service Stopped Abruptly

Hi,

We have CUCM 9.1. I am getting this error. Has any one seen this error? Any suggestions. I have tried stopping all the CDR related services, but nothing so far.

 

At Wed Mar 26 16:00:18 EDT 2014 on node poe-callmanager01; the following SyslogSeverityMatchFound events generated:  SeverityMatch : Critical MatchedEvent : Mar 26 16:00:10 poe-callmanager01 local7 2 :Mar 26 2014 20:00:10.631 UTC :  %UC_SERVICEMANAGER-2-ServiceFailed: %[ServiceName=Cisco SOAP - CallRecord Service][Reason=Service stopped abruptly][AppID=Cisco Service Manager][ClusterID=][NodeID=poe-callmanager01]: Service terminated. AppID : Cisco Syslog Agent ClusterID :  NodeID : poe-callmanager01  TimeStamp : Wed Mar 26 16:00:10 EDT 2014
